She was peeking over her covered kennel when I walked by with the most beautiful, sad eyes looking at me. I can?t imagine why she was a euthanasia request. She is precious. She sat for treats and walked really well. 📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: 2/19/25: Fast wagging tail and wiggly body upon approach, did become vocal in the am as I was walking other dogs. I was able to leash and she was a semi forward but I noticed she kept looking to me looking for treats so I began tossing them and she ate them readily. In the kennel after her walk she remains wiggly as I pass by her, treat motivated,. 2/18/25: Approaching kennel, Bandett is initially on her hind legs forward barking at me with a tense body, forward lips, whaled eyes, and back ears. After babytalked and offering the leash as well as treats, she would attempt to push her head through the kennel door opening before being leashed. Once out, she did pull slightly until redirected with treats which she took readily. Noticed that she held a low curled tail as well as tense body but took treats readily on the way to and back from the kennel. Discovered she knows her "sit" command. When walking other dogs by her outside kennel, she does continue to forward bark but takes treats tossed towards the back of her kennel. throughout the day, she alarm barks as customers walk by so I will be providing her with a visual cover. 2/16/25: Bandett greets me at the kennel door with a fast wagging tail. He lets me leash him and walks Simi loosely to and from the potty yards.
