01/10/25 10:06 Was a move adopt this morning; very timid, slight wagging tail with baby talk but scurrying and darting away
while trying to leash. Had to corner and lasso leash on. Placing on adopt eval
1/12 I just used the baby talk to leash him up and go outside. He walks beside me with loose leash. He used the runs for the potty
and his kennel is very clean.

S/O: coughing/vomiting reported, not noted
A: normal
P: monitor
1/14/25
S/O: observed frank blood droplets from penis. Extruded penis easily from
prepuce and no abrasions or bruising noted on penis.
A: prostatitis vs. UTI vs. other
P: will also add in clavamox in addition due to different antimicrobial coverage
clavamox 375mg + 62.5mg BID x 14 days
Clear nasal, per ACT- coughing up phlegm. Noticed spots of frank blood in
kennel. Upon evaluation, the blood is dripping from his penis.
