📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
12/31 tense body, lowered head. Leashed as dog exited, tail tucked, flinchy once outsdie. Placed her in run where a neighboring
dog began to bark at her and she ran back to run door with pinned back ears and tail tucked. anoother act removed her
from run and stated that she was running away from her but pnce she got close she sat down and she was able to leash
her
1/1 Greeted me with a wagging till i outside runs, when trying to place leash she would move away so i had to toss leash until
on . Once on she walked loosely into kennel
1/2 Cara walked wiht a semi-tight leash. She was hesitant to be leashed, moving head around, backing away, ears back, stiff
tail, tense body.
1/5 Cara was easily leashed from her kennel. When leashing from a run, she bobbed her head around a few times avoiding the
leash. She walked with a semi-loose leash and neutral body. Passing kennel, she was resting. She was quiet throughout the
day.

Noticed mild clear nasal discharge. Per vet, can be removed from tech eval.
1/14 S/O: Cloudy nasal, sniffles
A: DDx CIRD
P: Move to Tx room and initiate treatment; Rx Doxycycline 300 SID x 10 days
