Eval notes: 01/02/2025 Dog displayed sociability by coming over for affection with a wagging tail and loose, wiggly body where he seems reactive by jumping and barking with a tense body at people and dogs passing by. He was able to be leashed and walked out of his kennel where he froze seemingly nervous. He began biting the leash and pulling where he was able to be re-directed back to his kennel. Behavior possibly due to lack of leash training.
