4 loose dogs within Magnolia Place Senior community since Beryl dog runs to the woods needs more than one person

Dog was in the kennel and when i approched he slowly stood up and as i leashed him he walked on lose leash and outside he pottied then began to thrash and as i walked towards inside he quickly walked in and once at his kennel he walked in and sat in the corner.

tense body, whale eyes, and tucked in tail. once leashed dog walked on a semi loose leash while pancaking on the floor at times. once outside I released him into a kennel and he quickly walked away before proceeding to use the potty. when it was time to come back inside he remained in the corner of the outdoor kennel and would not approach me. as I slowly approached he kept his eyes on me and would attempt to bolt in an other direction. once I was close enough i was able to slowly leash him. once the leashed tightened on him he trashedx for a couple of seconds before beginning to slowly walk while following me
