Vet Exam Notes:
Patient presented from AER- HBC
QAR, painful but sweet. No interest in food. Pink MM, <2 secs CRT. Unable to bear weight in hindlimbs, lays splay outwards
when trying to ambulate. Wound on the RH medial side at the level of the hock and RF caudolateral aspect of the antebrachium.
Bruising on the abdomen and penile sheath. No defects palpated along the long bones.
Plan:
IV Cath (Bolus 350cc over 30 mins followed by rate 1 drop every 5 secs)
Begin antibiotics and analgesics
Add to board for daily wound care

BAR, ambulatory with slight lameness in pelvic limbs, PE otherwise unremarkable
Approved for Sx - Requested no tie-down & 1/2 dkt combo due to previous condition
