stray white & blk dog not leaving the yard due to caller's dog in heat

12/01/24:
Dog was sitting in back of kennel once leashed he walked out, was placed in the run. He began to jump on the run door, digging at the door and vocalizing.
11/30/24:
Dog was placed int he outside run he was trying ot dig out, he kept high pitch whining and jumping at the front of the gate once i took him out he ran out and was pulling away
