Titan is currently at risk due to behavior concerns. Titan has been fearful at the care center lip licking and becoming tense when handling is attempted. However, his previous owner descries him as a social and affectionate dog. While in his previous home, Titan was involved in a bite incident with another dog. He bit and held onto the other dog causing severe injuries and bystanders had to use their keys and candles to get him to let go. Medically, he has CIRDC.
