10/17 1 large black dog and 1 large black w/ a white dog running loose.in caller yard barking like he is about to attack her the owners is not properly feeding the dog or keeping them confined. the dogs are very aggresive.

10/29 As i approached Charlie paced in circles till i opened the kennle door then he allowed me to leash him and walked him loose leash back to the run where he walked around quietly till i returned at which point he repeated his behavior back to his kennel
10/27 Very vocal in his kennel, especially when people are in the row.
