Approaching kennel dog was jumping up on kennel door, high pitch barking, heavily panting. I tossed treats and tried to
leash but he showed no interest. I sleashed as he exited. Once outside dog bbegan to jump up while trying to bite and
hand and face. I tried tossing treats but he continued to jump up. I tightened leash and dog bit down on hand ripping glove but not breaking skin. Had to place back into kennel. placing staff only sign
