9/25 Found at truck stop with two puppies and brought in. Fran was sitting in passenger side with relaxed body, slightly open mouth and wagging tail. Once leashed hopped down and walked with loose leash inside and into temp kennel. Puppies appeared unrelated but she had been with them and was friendly with them in temp kennel until it was time for them to be worked up. Wagging tail and seeking affection from ACTs working up.
