9/25 Large black dog was abandoned at Multi service business- dog is confined inside - requesting pick up-
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
9/26 When passing by with another dog I observed her forward lunging while snarling, growling and high pitch barking pawing
at the door. Also seen that she painted in her kennel as well.
9/27 High pitch barking, lunging at the front of the kennel as other dogs passed by her kennel.
