𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 Simon says go to BARC. Simon says to come save this boy. He?s young, tall, dark and handsome. He?s gives the gentlest kisses. He walked gently on the leash, but was definitely excited for attention. I didn?t notice any aggression towards other dogs when we walked by kennels liked his notes say. He?s just a sweet boy.
𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 9/11 1 black mix breed lab/2 brown roaming loose aggressive callers
𝗣𝗹𝗲𝐚 None available 📝 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: 9/14 Simon and Draco started fence fighting showing teeth, hackles up, tail up, tensed body. 9/20 Loose body language in kennel. I opened the kennel leashing him and he walked out. He walked loosely as I took him outside and placed him in a run. 9/21 Approaching run, dog was non-stop vocalizing, open mouth panting, and pacing from side to side with dilated pupils. I attempted to redirect with treats which dog ignored and began to spin and pull on the leash. Once placed in kennel,Simon non-stop vocalized with an open mouth pant but would quiet down for a few seconds when tossing over treats. 9/23 Approaching kennel simon was at front of kennel with a fast wagging tail, tapping toes, relaxed eyes and ears. Leashed as he exited kennel, very bouncy, began to jump up placing front paws on me. Was able to redirect using treats. Followed treats to and from run. When placed back into kennel dog began to nonstop bark in kennel. Had to recover and offer enrichment 9/24 Approaching kennel, Simon came to me with a wagging tail and bouncy body as I babytalked to him. I offered treats and leashed him in which he held a very loose leash while taking treats on the way to the runs. Once placed in, he pottied and held an open mouth pant (possibly due to weather) when I came back. Dog held the same body language on the way back and would take the scattered treats from the floor. Once placed back dog would lounge in bed quietly throughout the day.
