𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 Umbreon is quite the party pants happy dude. Another volunteer was walking him out as I was going in to get him so I just followed them outside. He?s a bit of a puller on a leash, but he did the longest pee so we think he?s potty trained and really had to go. Once in the kennel he was calm and curious and walked around to do all of his sniffs and potties. He didn?t seem interested in dogs and was fine being in a run next to A1932096 Tiger who unfortunately in back at Barc. Umbreon really likes people and is just a happy waggy boy. He is treat motivated and takes them gently from your hand. He let me dress him up and sat patiently for photos. When you get on his level he crawls in your lap and gives lots of kisses. He?s definitely got some energy but it?s not overkill, he?s still a young boy. I walked him back inside with less pulling and got video of him in his kennel when I put him back in. Umbreon says why can?t I have friend all the time?! I want more attention!

𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: 9/24: Umbreon was barking loudly in his kennel until I approached him. When I approached the kennel, he had a wiggly body was doing tippy taps with his feet. I leashed him and he pulled me out of the row. I was able to hold him back and slow him down, but only because I was walking at a slower pace, he was not receptive to the treats I was throwing. While he was outside in the run, he was very vocal. When walking back inside he was walking on a tight leash and yanking toward the birds that were nearby. Once he was back in his kennel he was being very vocal, but covering his kennel helped a little. 9/23: When I approached his kennel, Umbreon was standing by the kennel door with a stiff body. I opened the door and leashed him and he walked on a very tight leash, pulling me across the parking lot. He ignored treats and ignored me when I tried to get his attention or tried to get him to stop walking. He walked back inside on a very tight leash. When in his kennel he was very vocal, but covering his kennel helped some. in the afternoon while all the dogs were quiet, Umbreon was laying in his kennel whining and softly howling. I gave him a raw hide to hopefully help keep him busy. 9/22: was a move adopt today , has ben noted to be vocal when i or other citizens pass by , als0o has bee documented jumping up on kennle door 9/21: Approaching kennel dog had a neutral body, i was able to to leash him he followed me outside with a neutral body 9/19: Thrashing when trying to restrain had to muzzle for workup
