Caller states these dogs try and attack her dog. 1 large black, 1 medium dark gray. Running loose in the area. No leash. Very aggressive. Pls chk lic and vac.

9/12 Dog was in the back of the kennel and when I approached, dog hid face in the corner, and when I leashed her, she began to pull back and thrash, then, she began to thrash all the way to the next kennel. Couldn't remove leash.
