i picked up dog at complainants location . Dog is friendy

9/6 Very gentle and calm. Came forward and put his head in my hand while wagging his tail. Very squinty eyed boy. He smiles and squints his eyes while swaying his tail
9/7 Very hyper, friendly, waggy tail, open mouth smile. When i placed Dumas in a run he was vocalizing at door. Once leashed
to come back into eval he got excited and would begin to jump on my legs pulling forward on the leash.
