Kobe needs urgent rescue due to his behavior concerns. He is not doing consistently well, behavior-wise, and does not tolerate restraint. Additionally, he is heartworm positive but, due to his behavior, he is not a candidate for either the Healing Hearts treatment program or the public adoption program. He needs a rescue who can work with him on his behavior issues and also provide him with the treatment for his heartworms. Unfortunately his needs exceed our capacity for care and rescue help is his preferred pathway out of the shelter.
