I came into the shelter as a owner surrender on 2/27/2024, with the surrender reason stated as person circumstance- landlord won't allow.
Empress is in need of emergency placement due to deterioration. She is displaying a high level of stress in kennel, panting and hypersalivating, and kennel fighting. She has a history of snapping and hard barking when food and treats are touched and is reported to be destructive when left alone. Medically, Empress is apparently healthy.
