Roxie is ready to get out of the shelter! This gorgeous girl is attentive and affectionate. She is a healthy 46lbs and will fit right into a new forever home 😍
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 1/18: loose dog
1/20: Dog had a loose body, open mouth, tail low wag, ears back. Leashed and she walked on a semi loose leash. She greeted a vet tech and was trying to paw at her, relaxed body, and wagging tail. Outside she was looking around, slightly more tense, jumped on , me and was leaning on me. Baby talked and she was less tense now and was sniffing around outside.
2/01: Approaching kennel, Roxie comes to me with a wiggly body and wagging tail as I babytalk to her. She takes treats readily on the way to the runs as well as back. Noticed that she looks back at me for more treats on the way to her kennel.
2/04: talked to potential adopter about swelling on the chest. Dog has completed medication.
