2/9: Officer will be on stand by /Dog left behind in unit.
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
2/10: When I approached to his kennel, The dog was cowering and hidden his face, he presents whale eyes and the mouth wrinkled. I tossed treats but he refuse takes them. I walked slowly to put the leash on him, but outside he started pulling, banging against the walls and biting the leash. I used Babytalk to approach him and muzzle him, then I carried him back to his kennel.
2/12: when approaching kennel animal has whale eyes and is shivering in back of kennel,once i open the kennel animal try running out of kennel,animal move back in forth trying to avoid leash, i was still able to to leash, once out of kennel animal walk in slow pace for few feet,then animal started rolling and pulling the down on animal show no interest in any the wet food animal slow pace all the way to kennel....
