Meet Zuki, she comes to the shelter as an owner surrender due to housing. Her family reported she did not get along with the other dog in the house, was destructive, unknown behavior with cats, but was leash and crate trained. During her photo shoot today when we met at the kennel, she was napping quietly. She was easy to leash up and we went out to the play yard. Once in the play yard she was not unfriendly, but she preferred to run along the fence side rather than engage with me. She did not eat the meatball treat presented to her. We went back to the kennel, and she walked nicely on the leash. Once inside she was more interested in getting treats and pets. She is urgent due to shelter capacity.
