𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
As I approached Spike?s kennel, he was laying quietly on the ground, sleeping. I offered him a few treats and that woke him up. He didn?t show me much emotion as he was eating treats or as I was opening his kennel door. I offered him a pup cup which he happily ate, however, as soon as I stepped back from his kennel, he began ferociously chasing and growling at own his tail, doing circles in his kennel. I threw some more treats on the floor to get him to stop, which he did, but after he was done eating, he resumed chasing his tail. Spike also seemed to have some eye issues, which may be affecting his ability to see properly. I did not take him out for a walk for concern he wouldn?t do well at the sight of other dogs. Poor guy has probably had a lot of trauma!
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
2/6 - This morning when walking rows and this dog was growling at his tail, spinning in a circle and biting at tail. I threw some treats at him and he stopped spinning and ate the treats. We examined his tail and there is no wounds as of now.
