𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲: 12/28 - picked up stray dog at complainants location
1/2 - when approaching animal in kennel animal in front of kennel animal move toward the back when trying to leash, animal voided contact with leash i was still able leash animal slowly walk out of kennel i had to muzzled and carried the rest of the way...
12/30 - Dog was tense, advoiding eye contact, not going for baby talk. I leashed and he walked on a semi loose leash. Would back up and had to muzzle and place into the kennel
