About rudy: 12/2 Stray/Male/Staffie Mix/3Y/54lbs/HW+
Rudy is a bit shy but so cute and a definite Romeo. When I approached him in the kennel, he was all waggle tails and easy to leash. Weirdly, once in the run, he seemed to get a bit scared and kept running away from me, so I'm thinking the run just seemed overwhelming for him. However, in the run he came right up to the leash and walked right into it and walked out like a pro. We walked up and down the run area and he gave kisses to a couple of females, the Romeo in him. We temp tested him with another male and he did really well. It was noticed that he doesn't like dogs right up in his face and does a low growl to let them know. He truly is a cuddle bug one on one and just laid his head in my lap for lots of pets

12/15: Approaching kennel, Rudy came to me with a wagging tail and open mouth as I offered treats. I leashed him and he kept a wiggly body on the way to the runs and back. He took treats readily and frolicked around the run once released.
12/23: Rudy presents tap dancing, panting and walking in circles inside the kennel. When I leash him up, he pulling the leash hard so I tossed treats all time. In the runs he was barking to the dogs, so I returned him to the kennel and put a blanket in his
kennel's door.
12/27: When approaching kennel, Rudy presented a wagging tail, soft open mouth pant, and relaxed body, he allowed me to leash easily but when walking past kennels he began to hold a high stiff tail, and raise his hackles as he began to walk with
a higher head and forward body posture causing tension on the leash. When walking outside he relaxed his body but when approaching runs he began to resume the behavior stated before and while in runs as well. When walking back he kept
same posture but as other ACT's were bringing other dogs in and out he began to keep his head on a swivel looking back and forth at the other dogs. When in his kennel, he is quiet and lays on his bed
