s/o: this dog was picked up because he had attacked another dog on the evening of
12/21/23. He has wounds on face with some swelling on left side of face noted at intake. He has some abrasions on his muzzle. He has wounds on all 4 feet pads and that are sensitive. He has a large firm swelling on the left side of cranial chest
a: wounds on face and pads and firms large swelling ddx old injury or mass
p: dog was started on Clavamox, Carprofen and Gabapentin yesterday
Wounds on face, some swelling on L side of face. Abrasions on front of muzzle.
Large swelling on L chest area. Limps on that leg. Limping on RR leg. Wounds on pads- very red and ripped in places
