**Shelter Medical History - 9/15/23 - Amoxi 500mg BID 9/17/23 - Hit by car, fractured right tibia and fibula. Lacerations. TDK 0.25 each IV. Spling placed RR leg. Cefazolin 750mg SQ. E-collar in place.
