Tulip was nervous and you could tell she?s not been allowed to stretch her legs much due to quarantine. Her eyes were dilated and she wouldn?t stand/sit still, showed no interest in the treats I offered her. No bad energy from her, just that pent up ?I need to decompress before you talk to me? vibe. Allowed me to pet and offer her a head kiss before returning to her kennel.

victim was playing basketball when he was approached by the dog. He and the dog were playing with the ball but when went to get the ball from the dog it bit him on the index finger leaving an open wound on the side of the fingertip. He refused EMS and took himself to be seen instead. I was led to the dog and was able to impound it with little effort, the dog is chipped but it is not registered.
