another stressed owner surrender boy. He was quiet in his kennel - quite the accomplishment itself given how insane the ward was with the morning cleaning & feeding routine today - just watching me warily as I approached. I passed him a few treats and opened the kennel door without issue. I tried to leash him up but he retreated to the back wall several times so I left it alone. He?s nearly fully hairless, the poor guy, and seems to have a ruptured blood vessel in one eye - the outer edges of it were bright red. He didn?t try to rush out of the kennel even as I left the door open to get photos and offer him pets.
