5/14 Houston SPCA pick up: ?Elvira is part of an ongoing investigation. Last Sunday a deranged man chased him and five other dogs around a super market parking lot with a bat before getting in his car and intentionally hitting two of them. He swung at Elvira with the bat but missed. He is timid, but a sweetheart.? 🥺
5/16 When approaching kennel, dog was standing in the front and making eye contact. I opened the kennel door and dog remained the same but started to shake. I was able to put leash on and he walked out of his kennel. He took a few steps but then stopped. I offered treats but he did not responded. I preceded to baby talked and he slowly walked again. When getting to the next kennel he stopped again, had to muzzle and carry into the next kennel.
5/17 Cowaring in kennel avoiding eye contact. When leash was placed he stayed stationary had to muzzle and get help to carry to next kennel.
