Wynona must have a hold 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟭𝗣𝗠 or she?ll be euthanized. We need pledges and a local foster for a rescue to help.

𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 Wynona couldn?t come outside due to her stray hold but I think it would do her a world of good. She?s nervous and unsure of the inside shelter, panting and attempting to thrash/alligator roll when returning to her kennel. She ducked the lead a few times but once I had it on her, we walked around the ward loosely mostly ignoring the dogs except for one or two that she did greet. When a male started loudly barking at her and jumping up on the kennel door, Wynona scurried away without making a sound. She quickly puts her butt down when you instruct her to sit and flinches when you reach to pet her so I have to wonder if someone hit her when ?teaching? her these things? It made me so sad.
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 5/13 growling and showed teeth while working up 5/14 when approaching animal was in front of kennel animal sniff the treat but did not eat animal has a slow pace when leaving the animal walk loosely on, when returning to kennel animal do not want to go back in the kennel had to muzzled her to carried the animal back in....
