Puppy Angel must have a hold 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟭𝗣𝗠 or she?ll be euthanized. We need pledges and a local foster for a rescue to help.

𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 Angel pushed past me twice, once as I was opening her kennel door to leash her up and again as I was stepping into her run to take photos so I?d very much advise caution when she?s off lead because she is a runner. Angel is not exhibiting well in the shelter, you can see her anxiety and stress levels are through the roof: she has a double suite kennel which was covered from both directions, her attention span is nill, she paces the length of the run and kept an open mouth pant the entire time we were together. She is pretty outgoing and greeted several dogs in the run with a fast wagging tail and leaned into my leg for deeper pets and ear rubs.
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 5/14 Approaching kennel dog is jumping and vocalizing on the kennel door. Offered treats while leashed her. when leashed, she walked on a semi tight leash with a high tail wag. back to his kennel after potty with no issue. I noticed dog wagging her tail walking by the other kennels and also when other dog walk by hers even if they are barking at her.
5/13 Approaching kennel dog is jumping on the kennel door with dilated pupils, vocalizing, and panting a lot. Offered treats to leashed her to which she came out in a rush pulling on the leash with a high tail wag. Dog started to vocalize a lot in runs and do laps. Covered kennel door and gave extra enrichment.
5/12 Approaching kennel, dog starts to jump on kennel door with erect ears, dilated pupils, and is also vocalizing. I toss treats towards the back of kennel to redirect and as I leave kennel, dog starts to pant, jump on the side walls inside of kennel, and also vocalize more.
