On 5/12/23 Oscar had a one on one with a female dog. He's interaction with her was appropriate. He seemed a bit hormone driven, sniffing her area constantly. She was on the rough and rowdy side which he seemed to have no patience for. He kept necking her on the back of the neck each time she bowed to him to play with him. He was a bit vocal with it, also had his hackles up and was a bit stiff as well.
