I didn?t go into HPD but it looked to me that Gillian had labored breathing and his stomach was sort of distended. Perhaps it?s just the way he was laying on the bed but he appeared to me to be in pain/discomfort

𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚: Hello! This old boy was found on the side of the road unable to move. He is skinny, covered in healing wounds and his back leg is limply hanging. He is scheduled for x-rays on 4/29. Please let us know if you can help this sweet boy.

S/O: underweight, areas of alopecia/hair thinning, RR femur dangling, RR dangling proximal and mid femur, LR ataxic/paretic, LR knee palpates thickened, high HW+
A: underweight, ddx healing wounds/flea irritation, ddx RR previous femur fxs, ddx LR cranial cruciate injury, high HW+
P: rx capstar sid x 2, rx rimidyl 100mg 1 sid x 14, rx tramadol 50mg 2.5 bid x 14, needs rads at end of stray hold bilateral VD and lateral hips/knees/hocks
