4/22 As I approached the kennel door, dog was standing relaxed with a wagging tail and a semi wiggly body. I baby talked as I leashed the dog up. Dogs tail stopped wagging and it laid flat against him. Dog walked very slow, I baby talked and offered treats. Dog refused the treats but slightly responded to baby talk. Dog walked on a loose leash to the outside runs, however dog stopped hearing other dogs barking and shut down. Had to muzzle and carry dog to kennel. Coming back from the run dog was walking again and walked on a loose leash back to its kennel.
4/23 Walks very slowly on the leash, took treats in the kennel but stopped. Kept head low, tail high, but body seemed loose. Able to walk slowly into the next kennel.
