𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: Stefan was clearly very nervous in his kennel, he had really wide eyes and his ears kept pulling back or laying flat, and he was shivering from fear. I offered him several pupperonis and he ate them, eventually approaching me to take them out of my hands. He leashed up and walked out of the ward okay but still very nervously, as he would side-wind and cling to my legs. Outside, Stefan opened up. He did lots of sits for treats, gave me kisses on my cheeks and let me pull him into my side for pets and hugs. He greeted Kitana through the kennel politely but mostly kept to himself. I did hear him start to vocalize a bit as I was returning Kitana to her suite but he hushed as I told him to wait. He has an injury on his front paw and scratches all over his face, it looks like he was involved in a fight.
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
4/18: Approaching kennel dog has whale eyes, did not take treats while hes laying down. I kept tossing leash until on and he would flinch giving me side eye. Once on he walked out tail tucked and kept jerking on leash side eyeing me and flinching
𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: 4/17: s/o: dog has a wound on top of 4th digit on right front paw. Dog was tranq at intake with supposed aggressive behavior a: wound right front digit (4th) p: outreach to decide on plea and will treat with 75mg Carprofen BID x 10 days and 750mg Cephalexin BID x 10 days
