𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦𝗟𝗘𝗬 needs a hold 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟭𝗣𝗠 or he?ll be euthanized. We need pledges and a local foster for a rescue to help.

𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
Kingsley was so sad when I met him, curled up in his kennel watching me warily. He stood up to approach me for pupperonis and let me leash him up but he just could not convince himself to go for a walk and I didn?t press it, nor did he eat the treats. He?s a strikingly beautiful dog - looks to have some Dobie or even Aussie mixed in. He is dirty but seemed in good health, just sad.
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
4/18 Dog has tense body laying down in kennel . Whale eyes , as i placed leash he stayed stationary not moving i had to muzzle and carry to next kennel
4/17 Approaching kennel, dog is laying in kennel with whale eyes and tucked tail. I offer treats and squat down with babytalk but dog starts to avoid eye contact and move head to avoid the leash. Had to muzzle and carry to next available kennel.
INTAKE 2 black aggrs loose dogs / barking/grolwing @ City workers / senior is on walker and unable to close her door gate / get in/out of home
