Volunteer Notes Dave is so cute and small, he looks like a little bat. he leashed up easily and was great on the leash. He was a little nervous around me but accepted scratches. He definitely really enjoyed the walk and sniffing everything! He did not react to other dogs that we walked by whatsoever, he was just interested in all the smells I didn?t have time to take him outside since it was almost 5pm, but I wanted to say hello! He greeted me with happy tail wags, and he was super calm on the leash sniffing dogs down the row and giving them happy tail wags too, he liked my pets and attention, he sunk his head into my knee for extra good pets! Wish I coulda had more time with him, he was a sweetie!
Shelter Notes 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 dog are agressive and chasing residents in the area everyone. Per Ms Boone
4/5 tail out and wagging, standing at kennel door when I approached. remained still while I leashed and walked with semi-loose leash to next row. Stopped just short of entering kennel and pulled against leash, was not interested in treats tossed in kennel. I entered kennel and baby talked to try and get him to follow me in, but he did not go in. Picked him up and placed him in kennel.
4/16 Approaching kennel, dog came to me with a wagging tail and erect ears as I offer treats to leash him. He walked by my side with a swaying tail wag and a prance to the runs and back to his kennel taking a few treats on the way.
