Vet Exam Notes:03/13/2023 patient reported hbc trauma, able to stand with support, weight bearing in pelvic limbs, palpable soft-tissue edema along LH dorsal hip region and RH dorsal pelvis, pink mm, very sweet, r/o underlying pelvic fx/injury, coxofem sublux/lux/fem neck fx, internal organ injury, other underlying traumabegin analgesics, advise rads, all follow-up care to full service vet, kennel rest in the interim03/29/2023Pt exhibiting hacking cough with mucopurulent nasal discharge, is HW positiver/o kennel cough, CDV, URI, secondary complications due to dirofilariasisRequesting 2 week course of doxycycline04/09/2023recheck- patient is e/d well, kennel cough resolving- no furhter coughing noted, patient is able to stand in pelvic limbs with lameness noted, palpable asymmetry along pelvis but otherwise appeaes to be rehabilitating. rads still advised. ok to kennels for continued care
