BEHAVIOR NOTE
04/06/23 16:34 Row was vocal in AM when I initially entered row, Elmo was quiet when I walked down row but then began
alarm barking when I approached his kennel, but quickly relaxed and had wagging tail, stood up to come up to me. Walked
with semi-tight leash, kept leash loop low on neck to avoid tightening where Elmo had embedded collar. Once unleashed in
run, he tried to follow me back out so I held him back with one hand, shut gate. Not interested in treats.
BEHAVIOR NOTE
04/08/23 17:36 Elmo is not treat motivated with high value meaty treats, pulling forward with very tight leash, tail wagging and
clawing at floor to go faster. During pm walk, however, when he noticed vet tech had wet food he got very focused, bouncing
on front paws, ears swiveled forward and standing still looking at her walk away, would not walk until she walked over and then
followed her out, so he may benefit from wet food being used for treat trail.
