About pen: STAFF NOTES: Pen attempted to go to playgroup on 4/7/23. When the handler approached the kennel door, she cowered and growled. She took treats from the handlers hand but continued growling when the handler tried to leash her. Pen has three 3 month old puppies at the facility as well.
