𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬 I?m in love! Harrison Ford is just as ruggedly handsome as his namesake. This cutie smooshface is just the sweetest guy and had a fan club of volunteers by the end of the day. He walks pretty well on a leash, takes treats gently, and got along with several dogs. He?s in rough shape from life on the street and has a big wound, probably a bite, behind his ear. With some TLC and groceries, he?s going to be a strapping young pup! He really deserves the starting role in some lucky family?s life and we hope he gets the most amazing life!
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀
𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮: Harrison Ford was picked up when it was reported that he was involved in a dog fight and was injured; he has a bite wound on the right side of neck. Despite being injured, he is a very sweet boy.
3/21 Harrison is laying on bed, when opening kennel he look up at with soft eyes then gets up to walk forward able to leash easy. Once on leash Harrison walks on loose leash slowly. Took a few meaty treats from my hand and went to back into kennel with no issue, going to straight to laying on his blanket.
3/26 Harrison meets me at the front of the kennel with a loose wiggly body, squinty eyes, and forward alert ears. When lacing the leash he stands still and then calmly exits his kennel, walking with a loose leash. When placing him in yard he begins getting excited, zooming around in circles as i close the yard gate. As im walking away i can hear him howling and i turn back to look at him and he goes silent. When leashing him he again stands still, walking calmly from his yard and maintaining a loose leash as we return to his kennel. When back in his kennel he begins howling and whining as i walk off. Will cover and give extra enrichment
3/28 Harrison Ford greeted me at the front of the kennel, he held a relax body, wagging tail. On the leash he will semi pull on the leash but is easily redirected with treats.
