𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 Ice is on the list for being vocal and for his medical issue. The medical issue you ask? HAPPY TAIL. How sad yet adorable is that? He is definitely happy, and also a bit overstimulated. It?s almost like he can?t focus on one thing. He knows how to sit, but doesn?t really care about the treat afterward cause he?s too busy running to the front of the fence or jumping on you for attention. He pulls extremely hard on the leash and yanks around in different directions. He LOVES other dogs and playbowed at a bunch of different ones down the line. He will need a whole lot of stimulation and exercise to make him the best dog he can be.
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 3/20 Dog was move to the adoptions today and had to cover his kennel due to dog high pitch barking as he stood at the front of the kennel. Offered enrichment and did quiet down. Will monitor behavior. PM-during Pm feeding dog was high pitch crying while he held dilated eyes, fast wagging tail and open mouth. I tossed treats at the back of the kennel but dog manage to bolt out and and escape his kennel, dog appeared to be overly aroused as he ran back and forth and jumped into the food bin and started to eat out of it. I called to get his attention and he jumped out and followed the treats I tossed into his kennel. Possibly has happy tail, bleeding from the tail as he wags his tail very fast and hits the walls.
3/21 High pitch screaming, Ice will stand at the front of the kennel as he presents dilated eyes, heavily panting, fast wagging tail and loose body. Tossed wet food/treats at the back of the kennel before opening kennel but he is really fast and will turn around and attempt to get out. Slightly will open the kennel and leash him to avoid him bolting out. Ice is a strong puller during the walk, I mixed in wet food with my treats and he semi responded to them.
