Oreo is in need of emergency placement due to behavior concerns. Oreo displayed a low threshold for arousal and sensitivity to slip leads. During walks, Oreo fixates on the slip lead and at times will bite the leash. He hard barked and lunged at strangers as well. Oreo did not want to leave his kennel the last few days and seemed fearful. Medically, Oreo had epistaxis when he came into care centers.
