She needs someone who will work with her daily and give her the training she needs, this will take some time. She does sit and willingly gives a paw. If you have a treat in your hand you won't even have to ask for her paw. I recommend the Gentle Leader for her. Lilly has been with us a while and she is getting anxious, she needs to get out of the shelter. She may be fine with young children eventually but she will definitely knock them over right now. Her situation is grave.

About lilly: Lilly is a striking dog. Timid upon first arriving at RAS she is now used to the routine and she wags her tail whenever people are around. She is 1 1/2 years of age, is good with kids, she is strong, tall, likes to run and is playful. Emphasis on "strong", she pulls on a leash. She rides horribly in a vehicle, she needs to be restrained. She was just tested in a foster home (10/15) and is came back to the shelter 10/16. She did not get along with the alpha, 12 yr old F dog in the house, and did not like the little Doxie next door. It is for this reason that I marked her as not good with cats, we do not know for sure. Foster mommy reports that Lilly is not motivated with food or treats.
